The Duchess of Cambridge is back on duty, resuming her in-person engagements last week after months of lockdown Zoom interviews and charity calls. And she's opted for the perfect summer dress for heading back to work after isolation.

On Friday, Kate made a solo trip to East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH). While there she got involved in a spot of gardening, planting trees and flowers she had picked up on a recent trip to a garden centre.

Her gorgeous sun dress is by Faithfull The Brand, one of the Red fashion team's favourite labels for affordable and cool designer dresses.

'Faithfull The Brand offers vintage silhouettes in ditsy prints,' Red's Fashion Assistant Jodie Dunworth says. 'Its current collection "Riveria" is full of sun-bleached pastels and whimsical tea dresses.' Just the thing for summer days, as Catherine proves.

Her dress is the 'Marie-Louise', which is 'decorated with colourful hand-painted blooms against a lilac backdrop, and shirred at the sleeves and bust to create an empire shape'.

Unsurprisingly, this style has already sold out over at Net-a-Porter. But the good news is the luxury shopping site currently has a huge sale on similar styles from the Duchess-approved Indonesian label.

Oh, and her earrings are an old high street favourite from Accessorize. They're still available online and will set you back just £5.
