Dua Lipa's Core And Legs Look So Toned In A Pink Butterfly Cropped Set

Dua Lipa works hard writing, recording, and performing music. And going through the daily grind can make you realise how much you need a break, already. Well, Dua just got one, and she shared the results on Instagram in a total photo dump.

The “Levitating” singer shared a ton of pics of herself in a gorgeous pink butterfly-themed outfit. Dua worked a bikini-style wrap top with a butterfly applique that showed off her steely core, paired with a matching silky skirt that her sculpted legs just poured out of. Strappy butterfly heels and a pink and white puffer completed the look.

“A night needed with the girls 💓🦋,” she wrote in the caption.

People freaked in the comments. “Prettiest fairy ever,” one person wrote. “How can anyone be so perfect 😍😍😍❤️❤️😍❤️❤️,” another said.

The 26-year-old has made it clear that she works hard to be in such toned shape. In fact, Dua previously told Viva that, “I try and work out as much as I can.”

For Dua, that means kicking her days off with a sweat session. "Whether it’s on Zoom, doing a workout with my friend Ella in L.A. who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I’m feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated, getting physical really starts my day off right," she told Refinery29.

That’s not ~all~ Dua does, though. She told Refinery29 that she also loves to do yoga, Pilates, and strength training, adding, “I like to leave my cardio workout to dancing.”

If she’s short on time, Dua said she’ll do quick interval training. “I love doing something that’s really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day," she told Viva. “If I’ve got a really early call time I don’t want to be waking up hours before I need to, to go and do a workout. So a high-intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I’m on my way.”

Dua told Marie Claire UK that she’s open to trying new workouts when she’s on the road. "When I have a tiny bit more time on my side I love mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I'm in, whether it's yoga, Pilates, boxing or spinning," she said. "Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting. When you're on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you're going to find. That's always one way to keep it interesting."

Dua is big on cooking for herself, too.

"With all the running around I do for work, it’s nice to come home, slow down, and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life," she told Refinery29. That said, she definitely indulges.

“I do love naughty treats,” she told Beauty Crew. “But I try and limit it to days when I'm not as busy because if I do eat a doughnut it usually puts me in a food coma."
