Dua Lipa: Who is her reported new boyfriend, Romain Gavras?
Dua Lipa was seen with her rumoured new boyfriend on Tuesday [28th February], and we need to know more. The 27-year-old singer was spotted leaving a fashion show in Paris holding hands with 41-year-old filmmaker, Romain Gavras.
The pair were also seen leaving an after party for the BAFTAs together just last month, so it looks like love could be in the air for the ‘Levitating’ singer.
Romain has directed music videos for Kanye West and M.I.A and he even used to date Rita Ora, before she went on to marry director Taika Waititi.
Dua was recently rumoured to be seeing Jack Harlow (he wrote a song about her including the lyric, “Dua Lipa, I’m tryna do more with her than do a feature,” FYI!) and Trevor Noah following her split from ex-boyfriend, Anwar Hadid.
Anwar - who is Gigi and Bella Hadid’s little brother - and Dua dated for more than two years before calling it quits in 2021. Now, reports say Dua and Romain have been getting to know each other for a while.
A source told The Sun: “Dua and Romain have been quietly getting to know each other for several months. They have been enjoying spending time together. The pair met each other’s close circles over the festive period and have lots in common.
“Dua knows how important it is to find someone who understands her industry. She feels Romain totally gets it. They’re both really creative people.”
