Drone Captures Baby Dolphin Swimming Off Coast of Ireland

A travel blogger recently spotted a dolphin calf swimming off the coast of Clare, Ireland, capturing the peaceful moment with a drone.

Sarah-Kim Watchorn recorded this footage, and told Storyful she’s on a mission to see as much marine life as possible. She’s been to the Azores, Iceland, and Mo’orea, where she had some special encounters with marine animals.

“I realized how much I wanted to see marine life in Ireland,” she said. “This year my goal is to see as much as possible, I’ve heard that there’s been lots of sightings of dolphins and whales close to home, on the Hook Peninsula, but I hadn’t been lucky enough to see them.”

She said on a random trip to Clare, she ventured to Loop Head Lighthouse to capture footage, and there she spotted the dolphins “just so slowly and calmly swimming around the coast.”
