Drew Barrymore divulges 'cool trick' for an instant eye lift
Drew Barrymore has divulged her favourite trick for making her eyes appear instantly lifted.
The actress/TV host is a self-proclaimed "beauty junkie" and is constantly trying out new products and make-up trends.
But in a recent video posted to her Instagram shortly before she filmed an episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, Drew decided it was time to share with fans exactly how she balances out her eyes with a simple swipe of eyeliner.
"One eye is lower than the other, (the right) eye is more open and (the left) is more closed. So, what I'm going to do is put this (eyeliner) on the upper waterline and it's going to open my eye to match this. Not on the lash line, only the upper waterline. Pretty amazing, right?" she exclaimed. "So, then I will apply my mascara and my eyes will look more even. If any comes down on your lower waterline, you just clean it up with a cotton bud. And my eyes are just more even. It's a really, really, really cool trick."
Drew went on to explain that she used the Forever Wear Long-Wear Eyeliner in Onyx from her Flower Beauty range to match her black mascara. But followers could use whatever shade of eyeliner worked with their make-up colour scheme for the day.
"I feel like my eyes look more even than they did before," she smiled, before emphasising her exact method: "Corrective eye make-up in the inner waterline on the eye that is more closed."
