Summer is officially here and after a miserable spring full of cold winds and rain, we could not be more ready for the current heatwave.
Despite our joy at the sun finally deciding to shine, we're still finding the hot weather particularly muggy at the moment — not to mention finding it difficult to sleep in the heat — so the idea of diving into cooling fresh waters sounds particularly enticing right now.
Yes, indoor pools and gyms are officially back open, but there's nothing that quite beats the feeling of doing laps amongst nature in an outdoor pool.
