In July, the BBC paid tribute to the accomplished doctor and broadcaster with a special day of programming, urging presenters and viewers alike to do "just one thing" for their health in his memory.

The network also aired Michael Mosley: The Doctor Who Changed Britain and an episode of Just One Thing in homage to his influential work and life.

Tragically, the former This Morning doctor's body was found in a rugged area on Symi, within the Dodecanese islands, and Greek authorities later confirmed he had passed away from natural causes. An inquest into his passing at the age of 67 on June 5 is scheduled to occur in Buckinghamshire in November.
