'What Women Want' star Sarah Paulson is afraid of many things, including bees, heights, and clowns. One time she visited the set of ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’, where the host decided to prank her by bringing a person in a clown costume into the studio. Poor Sarah! James appeared on ‘Good Morning America’ to talk about his starring role as Bill in horror sequel 'It Chapter Two', which boasts the most frightening horror movie clown, Pennywise. Speaking about how Bill Skarsgard's portrayal of the supernatural clown affected him, James shared: "The guy who plays the clown is terrifying. He's a lovely guy, and yet he really freaked me out. I remember standing there with the rest of the cast, all these adults, and we'd all done weird, freaky stuff. And we are all looking at each other going, 'I don't like being here. I don't like being an actor today.' He really did, he really freaked me out. I never liked clowns as a kid.” - 4/11

The rapper is reportedly so afraid of clowns that he even has a "‘no clown" clause in his contracts. Combs has several times denied it. However, one time he visited Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show, and she decided to find out whether his coulrophobia was real or not. Combs said that it was “impossible” for her to scare him, “because I’m a black man. I have so many other things to be fearful of – a clown’s not gonna scare me". Jeremy Ray Taylor played Ben in the 2017 adaptation of Stephen King's novel 'It' and the 2019 sequel, two movies that were extra scary for him to shoot because he is terrified of clowns. The cast of 'American Horror Story: Freak Show'
‘American Horror Story: Freak Show’ has become one of the fan-favorite TV shows of recent years for depicting some true horror stories. In five episodes, actor John Carroll Lynch (picture) plays terrible killer clown Twisty, a character who is based in real-life killer John Wayne Gacy. In an interview with Collider, Lynch himself described how the whole cast and crew were scared by him, especially as he used to walk in his Twisty costume on set. ‘Stranger Things’ actor Finn Wolfhard had an interview with VICE, where he talked about his ‘It’ character, Richie Tozier, who has to battle Pennywise. After being asked what his real thoughts on clowns are, Finn answered: “I respect them. I love the work ethic. It's a personal preference, but I don't think I would pick one at my birthday party, and other kids maybe would. It's just not my thing.
