The way we behave online is changing. And we need your help to tell us how!

Whether it’s your favourite celebrity, meme artist, wellness warrior, beauty content creator or just a hit of style inspo you’re after, the influencers we all follow are as varied as the books we read or the boxsets we binge.

And, just like those other cultural signifiers, who and what we follow has both the power to illicit intense and enduring loyalty, and shift and change over time. No more so perhaps than this last year, as the pandemic shifted even more of our attention online. For many of us, the people we followed became a life line to a world outside our own four walls. For others, we used the time to curate our feeds, and check that what we consumed made us feel good about ourselves, not worse.

It doesn’t matter which camp you fell into, or if you haven’t given it much thought at all (we understand there’s been, urrmm, bigger stuff to think about this year!), we still really want to hear about whatever your unique relationship is with those who populate our news feeds and dominate our scroll-sessions.

That’s why we’ve decided to launch our first ever influencer survey! We want to know how you really feel about the people that have the power to shape how you feel and what you spend. If you are a content creator yourself – or want to be one someday - we also want to hear from you too. This is your chance to tell us how the last year has really been for you, and how your work has been affected - for better or worse - by the events of the last 14 months.

TAKE THE SURVEY

You can find the survey here, it’s completely anonymous and it takes less then 15 minutes. The results will be published in a future issue of Cosmopolitan magazine, so this is your chance to really shape the content we write.

So… what are you waiting for?!
