If you're anything like us, getting a peek at the more 'normal' things that the royal family get up to is beyond exciting. See: the day that Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, took her three children, George, Louis and Charlotte on an incognito day trip to a London museum. Now, royal fans are speculating as to whether or not the future queen consort just accidentally revealed her most used emojis in a new video...

Let's dive in shall we? The video, which was shared as part of the Duchess's 5 Big Questions nationwide campaign (which examines how a person's early years can make a major impact on the rest of their lives), sees Kate holding an iPhone and scrolling through the comments on a social media post shared by the official Kensington Royal account, asking for people to get in touch with questions for her and the early years experts.

At the beginning on the clip, Kate thanks everybody for sending over their queries before flipping the phone around to show her screen. "I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who sent in their questions. A huge number here with loads of wonderful emojis attached to them," she says. The eagle-eyed amongst us will have spotted that a row of emojis, used by whichever account Kate was logged into, also appears very briefly on screen.

After some careful analysing from the Daily Mail, many are speculating that these most used emojis include the following: the vomiting emoji, a gust of wind, a cucumber, the sweary face emoji, two girls holding hands, a pineapple, a woman bowing and the purple alien space invader thing-y. An eclectic mix, I'm sure we can all agree.

Now, while we'd love to be able to say 'Yes! These are definitely the Duchess's most used emojis , thus giving an equal parts clear and confusing look into her brain!', alas we cannot – as there's no confirmation that the phone Kate used during filming is her own. There's every chance it might belong to a crew member, or was brought especially as a prop. Who knows? Not us. However, if it is true and Kate has just revealed the emojis she's into, we're in full support of her sweary, fruit-munching alien habits.

Also revealed in the video, was a question asked via the social media call out that caused the Duchess to have a bit of a chuckle, as a fellow parent sought her advice on how she deals with toddler tantrums in a household with multiple children.

Kate, if you're reading this, please confirm that is indeed your phone by commenting a pineapple on the latest Cosmopolitan UK Instagram post? Ta! 🙏🍍
