Demi Lovato has been having some difficult discussions recently while promoting her new YouTube docuseries Dancing With The Devil.

The 28-year-old singer has always talked openly about her battles with addiction, and after a near-death overdose in 2018, has battled her way back from the brink.

Like most of us, a fresh start often comes hand-in-hand with an image overhaul, and Demi has certainly had a few of those in her time. After wearing her hair long and dark for years, she started going shorter and shorter, eventually unveiling a new shaved pixie cut back in November last year, which she went on to dye a gorgeous pastel-pink colour.

We thought the next step might be a shaved head, following the likes of Ruby Rose and Halsey (who gave herself a buzzcut on TikTok then later added a dyed marble effect). But despite going really short, she hasn't shaved it all off (yet).

Demi hosted a socially distanced drive-through for the screening of her tell-all YouTube series on Monday night, and her hair update couldn't have been more stunning.

She gave off some serious flapper girl vibes for the event, with her cropped dark hair coiffed into a high-shine '20s style, complete with a diamond-adorned side part.

Kim Kardashian even attended to show her support, joining Demi on the balcony of the Beverly Hilton Hotel for the screening, and filling her stories with footage of a very happy-looking Demi.
