Declan Rice's girlfriend inundated with support as she deletes social media over horrific trolling
Declan Rice’s girlfriend, Lauren Fryer, has received a barrage of support from fans after she was cruelly trolled online. Lauren, 24, who shares a son with England footballer, 25, has been targetted by cruel social media trolls in recent weeks.
Many of these trolls took aim at Lauren's appearance, claiming that Declan, whom she's been in a relationship with since they were 17, could "do better". Following these comments, Lauren has wiped her Instagram page, with no photos now showing on her page.
Since this she has received an outpouring of support. Among those slamming the actions of these social media trolls has been former Love Island star Liberty Poole.
Liberty, who has previously been targetted by trolls herself, took to her Instagram story to share a message in support of Lauren. She said: "I think she’s beautiful this is crazy.
"What happened to celebrating different body types and embracing how we are all individually made. Beauty standards these days are unrealistic and everyone’s gone mad because of social media. I’m keep preaching about it till I die time for change this can’t continue"
Others took to X, formerly Twitter, to share support, with one writing: "Appreciation post for this beautiful woman Lauren Fryer. We’re sorry to see that in 2024 women are still subject to so many disgusting comments."
"I honestly worry about the mindset of some people. This is Lauren Fryer the girlfriend of Declan Rice who has suffered so much on line abuse recently. A beautiful woman, a couple in love, with a young family. Some within this world need to get a grip" added another.
While a third penned: "Lauren Fryer should not be going through all of this hate. she’s such a wonderful girl, and person that has done nothing wrong for all of you to treat her like this. humanity is rotting."
And a fourth wrote: "What is wrong with society that we have to pick apart women and how they look?? Lauren is absolutely stunning. Well done Declan for defending your lady’s honour. Not that you should have needed to."
The loved-up pair have been together for seven years, which was revealed after Lauren posted a sweet snap of the pair in October 2021 when they celebrated their six year anniversary. They are childhood sweethearts after having met at school.
Declan and Lauren share one child together, a son called Jude, but didn't announce that they were expecting a baby as they tend to keep their private life out of the spotlight. However, Lauren has shared a handful of sweet snaps of the couple on her Instagram account.
While Declan didn't confirm his son's birth, he debuted a new tattoo during a West Ham match on Sunday 21 August last year with the name of his newborn baby and the date he was born, 07.08.2022.
