Dead To Me fans are crying over Judy and Jen's relationship

Dead To Me fans are feeling super emotional about the third and final season. From the heartbreaking ending to the powerful portrayal of grief, viewers are also crying over Jen and Judy's - aka Christina Applegate and Linda Cardellini - relationship.

The last season of the Netflix original dropped last week, and is already in the streaming service's Top 10 most-watched. It joins Jen and Judy after they were involved in a hit and run, as they both continue to battle with past demons - including Steve's death and an FBI investigation.

For many fans, their female friendship is the best thing about the whole show, with the pair providing each other with a shoulder to lean on at every turn. "The one thing this season of Dead To Me proved multiple times is that Jen and Judy are soulmates and no one can argue on this," one person wrote.

Someone else said, "Jen and Judy were truly soulmates in Dead To Me wow" while a third added, "Jen and Judy will always be my favourite besties, wives, soulmates #DeadToMe"

Others put, "Judy and Jen are friendship goals" and "I am crying like a BABY!!! #DeadToMe has me all in my feelings and I can not stop crying @1capplegate@lindacardellini Jen and Judy had the most beautiful friendship I'm so emotional I feel like my best friend just died."

Other fans have praised actors Christina Applegate and Linda Cardellini for their portrayal of the characters, pointing out how great their off-screen relationship is, too. Linda recently opened up about their friendship to PEOPLE, explaining, "There's a line in the last season where I look at Christina and I say, 'I've had the best time," and then I say, "No, I've had the best time with you." And I think that really does sum up my feeling about this show.

"I have had the best time and I have had the best time with Christina, and it's very emotional because we love each other so much," she added.

Dead To Me Season 3 is now streaming on Netflix.
