If there’s one celebrity who can pull off being photographed while doing nude yoga in their backyard, it’s obviously Kristen Bell. And her husband Dax Shepard clearly knows that because he captured her in that exact moment—a picture that became what some are calling the best Mother’s Day post ever.

'Mom’ing has changed since I was a kid...and I’m here for it,' Dax captioned the photo of Kristen in a three-legged dog yoga position, wearing only compression socks. 'Look at this specimen: kind, patient, nurturing, hilarious, Uber talented, generous, hard AND soft. My girls and I hit the MegaMom Lottery in spectacular fashion. We are so grateful and so in love with you @kristenanniebell ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.'

To keep the photo Instagram appropriate, the Parenthood star censored it with a red block over Kristen’s bottom. But that didn’t stop the internet from hyping up her form.

'It’s the hamstrings for me🙌❤️❤️❤️❤️,' one person commented. 'She’s an icon. She’s a legend. And she is the moment,' another wrote. 'It’s amazing that compression socks of all things was the only focused effort for clothing,' another added. 'Bless her heart. She must be fun.'

And by far our favourite: 'If you can’t do naked yoga with socks on in your yard, you aren’t doing it right.'

Kristen must’ve approved of the flashy post, because she re-shared it to her Instagram Stories. She also shared a snap of Dax with one of their daughters (they have two, Lincoln, 8, and Delta, 6) writing: 'Thank you @DaxShepard for giving me the best Mother’s Day ever.'

As for the rest of her workout regime, she previously shared that exercise plays a huge part in her mental health. 'Exercise should be the first stop for anyone who experiences depression or anxiety because it encourages serotonin and endorphins,' she told WH US. 'I feel so much more centred, patient, capable. It sets the next 48 hours for me.'

And as well as yoga, Kristen is a big fan of Studio Metamorphosis, which incorporates elements of cardio, circuit training, Pilates, and CrossFit.

She attends about three classes per week. 'I've fallen so in love with it,' Kristen told WH. 'I'm not in love with working out and I've never really found a class that I love like this. Something about this class gets me.'

Love that for her.
