Davina McCall wowed fans by sharing a selfie of herself taken in bed first thing in the morning on Sunday (15 July) – and no one could believe how stunning the 50-year-old looks when she wakes up.
In the bare-faced snap, a smiling Davina appears relaxed and happy as she enjoys a 'rest day' from her usual fitness regime.
'Morrrrrrrrning!' she wrote in the caption. 'Rest day! I don’t post many pics of my rest days because I think maybe they aren’t very motivational 😂 but actually they ARE very important!
'I’ve got three kids, so I’m not going to be resting in bed for very long,' she joked.
