If you're struggling with inspiration for at-home workouts during self-isolation, then Davina McCall's latest announcement is bound to be welcome news.

The TV presenter revealed on social media on Tuesday (24 March) that she has now made her online fitness platform, Own Your Goals, free to access for 30 days.

The fitness guru explained that she made the decision to give out free, 30-day memberships to her platform after the UK government announced stricter measures on Monday (23 March) evening to try and tackle the spread of Coronavirus.

'Now, more than ever, I do believe for all our mental health, exercise is the key for getting us through this,' she told followers in a video posted on her social channels.

She continued: 'I am giving away Own Your Goals, which is my fitness and wellbeing platform, absolutely free for 30 days.'

Chatting about the platform and how she hopes it will help, Davina added: 'It's got everything you need on there to get you through these next few weeks.'

The TV star concluded her video note by telling fans: 'I just hope that this can help you through it. I know that in times of stress, for me, exercise has been a life-saver.

'So, I hope you enjoy it and please tell all your mates that it's free for 30 days. No strings attached, no credit card details, nothing.'

The Own Your Goals website lets you workout alongside Davina and her favourite trainers from home with online classes, including HIIT, boxing, dance and more on offer. Davina's site also gives you access to workout plans, and nutritionist-approved recipes.

Thank you, Davina – we will definitely be giving this a go!
