Global icon David Beckham rubbed shoulders with a whole host of A-list celebrities while on a "friends & family" trip to New York. The famous ex-England captain and now football club owner, 49, shared an endearing snap of himself standing side by side with Hollywood's Anne Hathaway.

David looked the part in a sharp Inter Miami suit paired with a crisp light blue shirt, while Anne rocked a pink Inter Miami tee on top of her darker clothing. The Instagram post featured a carousel of pictures including his son Romeo and various other celebrities. Captioning the post, the sports star wrote: "Good few days in NYC with friends and family."

Earlier this month David turned heads at Milan Fashion Week, donning a sleek navy suit with a matching polo-neck for the Boss Womenswear Spring/Summer 2025 show, reports the Mirror. Rubbing shoulders with the fashion elite, he was spotted sitting alongside Vogue's very own Editor-In-Chief, Dame Anna Wintour, and Hugo Boss CEO Daniel Griefer. At 74, Dame Anna sported the ultimate fashion-forward look with a maroon floor-length leather style jacket.

David's latest outing follows his announcement of a new sports show in America. He's teaming up with Paramount+ for a programme titled Beckham and Friends, which is set to inject some fresh excitement into their Champions League broadcasts.

"Like you guys, I love watching the game. I like watching the game a certain way with family and friends. So, it's going to be that kind of thing, where I'm sat there watching the games, commenting on the games with friends, talking about the games, and not sometimes talking about the games," he said.

He also mentioned that guests on his show don't necessarily have to be football or sports experts. However, he hinted that the standards for an invitation are quite high. Each episode will feature a different celebrity friend. In a light-hearted moment, when ex-footballer Jamie Carragher suggested that David's best mate Gary Neville might not make the guest list, David responded with a firm "no" and a hearty laugh.
