Dani Dyer told her followers about her holiday plans just hours after her boyfriend was jailed for three and a half years for five counts of fraud on Wednesday.
Love Island star Dyer, 24, did not appear at Sammy Kimmence’s sentencing at Portsmouth Crown Court, where he was given a prison term of 42 months for conning two pensioners out of a total of £33,919.
At an earlier hearing, Kimmence, 25, admitted posing as a financial investor and using fake documents to defraud the vulnerable men. He spent the money on expensive restaurants, hotels, and clothes.
Prosecutor Mike Mason said: "This was a very unpleasant fraud against two men who Mr Kimmence deliberately targeted.
"He targeted them because they were old, they were vulnerable and somewhat isolated... This wasn't something he migrated into from a friendship. This was something he planned."
Dyer – the daughter of actor Danny Dyer - and Kimmence welcomed their first child Santiago in January.
On Wednesday, Dyer did not mention the sentencing to her 3.4 million Instagram followers, instead telling them that she was packing for a trip to an unknown destination with their five-month-old son.
"Holiday packing and Santi's stuff takes up most of the room already," she told fans. "I overpack as it is but with a baby OMG!"
The couple has a £725,000 home in Essex, and has shared social media posts about Ibiza trips and expensive spa days.
