Rapper and Hustlers star Cardi B is well known for speaking out on social media, about everything from those who try to body shame her to the perils of waxing. Now, she's used her platform to call out a group of Trump supporters who've been trolling her to such an extent that she's had to hire a private investigator. It all sounds pretty scary, actually.

During an Instagram Live, Cardi B told those tuning in that she'll continue to use her platform to discuss politics (and her dislike of Trump), despite finding out a teenager posted her address online. "It's not a secret that I use my platform for people to vote. I love politics. I endorse the Democratic party. Everybody knows I don't f*ck with Trump like that."

She added, "They [Trump supporters] be degrading me. They be making fun of me. I ignore them. I don't give a f*ck. Let me tell you something. Sh*t gets so intense that a Trump supporter posted my address and encouraged people to dox my home, to put my house on fire. I literally hired a private investigator, and serve them with a warrant and arrest this boy. This boy was a f*cking teenager. His parents were shook."

Cardi B also commented on Candace Owens, a Black activist who criticised Cardi's latest single WAP, who openly pledges her support for Trump and who repeatedly called Cardi "uneducated", claiming that Joe Biden has been using her as a pawn throughout his campaign. "Joe Biden used you. Bernie Sanders used you. Neither one of them like or know your music. They think you’re dumb," said Candace during a tweet.

To this, Cardi said, "Just like I can make people... have a good time, and make them feel like a bad bitch, I can also encourage millions of followers to go vote. You're saying Joe Biden is pandering because he's using a popular figure like me, but your president, the guy that you f*cking love so much, he panders as well too. Let me tell you something. I pay so much money in taxes. I'm a good American."

The rapper also referenced her sister, Hennessy, who recently claimed she was harassed while out on a beach in the Hamptons with her girlfriend. Cardi said, "No matter how much money I make, no matter how hard I work, I can't be a f*cking free American. My sister can't be a f*cking free American. You got this Trump supporting family harassing two lesbians. The f*ck?"

Whatever a person's political stance, it's never okay to harass them or share their personal information online. We hope that Cardi's doing okay.
