Dakota Johnson just hit the red carpet to support her new Netflix movie, The Lost Daughter, and she made sure to bring her toned arms along for the ride. Dakota, 31, accessorized her sculpted biceps with a gorgeous peek-a-boo corset and leather pants.

She's no stranger to lingerie dressing. The actress wowed in a see-through "naked dress" at the Venice Film Festival. And Dakota's worn *actual* lingerie in St. Vincent's new film The Nowhere Inn.

Of course, the Fifty Shades alum didn’t get those arms by sitting on her butt all day. She’s been spotted at hot Pilates classes, according to Daily Mail, where her arms get a serious workout.

Dakota also aims to get moving for 30 minutes a day, five days a week, her trainer, Ramona Braganza, previously told Cosmopolitan. For the second and third Fifty Shades movies, 'we worked on building out her shoulders, keeping her butt, and toning her abs and arms,' Braganza said.

She also did a slew of moves inspired by Pilates, yoga, and cardio. 'When you do the same exercises all the time, you begin to build muscle bulk,' Braganza said. 'Our goal was to tone her muscles, so we trained in different ways.'

For Fifty Shades Freed, Dakota worked with celebrity trainers Gunnar Peterson and Kacy Duke, who told Vogue they focused on the “Triple A” (abs, arms, and ass). That meant leaning heavily into exercises like squats with a twisting press to hit different ranges of motion. 'For what Dakota is doing in the movie—the way her body moves—she needs to be capable of all that,' Peterson said.

Dakota also eats really well and follows a principle called 3-2-1.

'It’s just proportions, when to eat, smaller meals and more meals,' Braganza told Healthista. 'So things like having three meals a day, two snacks, and a minimum of one litre of water a day.' Breakfast might be something like porridge with a poached egg, followed by lean meat and fish or salad for lunch.

Pass the oats.
