Noel Radford is reportedly facing charges for speeding over 40mph in his Porsche on the Bay Gateway, Morecambe. The 22 Kids and Counting star, 53, is set to appear at Preston Magistrates' Court on Friday, 31 May.

Alongside the speeding charge, Noel, who resides on South Road, Morecambe, is also accused of failing to provide information about the identity of the driver of the Porsche. He allegedly broke the 40mph speed limit on December 14, 2023, according to Lancashire Live.

The TV personality and baker will face the magistrates on Friday, 31 May.

Noel and his wife Sue first captured the public's attention in 2012 with their debut series - 15 Kids and Counting.

Since then, their family has expanded and they've become familiar faces on reality TV, sharing their life with their ever-growing brood in Morecambe. With the fourth series of the show, now titled 22 Kids and Counting, airing just before Christmas.

In their recently released book, The Radfords: Making Life Count, Noel revealed that they had purchased three Porsches in as many years. They bought their first model shortly after Sue's 46th birthday, but Noel admitted they quickly replaced it with another one.

The news of Noel's upcoming court appearance comes just weeks after his wife Sue, 49, hit back at a cruel social media troll who branded her a "disease" for sharing her family's holiday joy on social media.

Commenting on a snap of the Radford family enjoying a barbeque, the troll wrote: "You are disease...[It's] paid for by the taxpayer."

Not one to let such accusations slide, Sue retorted: "I wonder if Adam is a high rate taxpayer or if Adam pays tax at all?

"Maybe he's a bit pd he doesn't own a motorhome. I would be too as we by love it paid for with our hard-earned high rate tax payers money," accompanied by a facepalm emoji.

After the initial outburst, Sue took a more composed approach, addressing her followers on Instagram Stories: "Sorry, I'd never share anything like this, BUT we get lots of these so just want to clarify, Adam is a D**K."

Sue later expressed her frustration, sharing: "Sorry, I've stewed on this since yesterday and it's wound me up more than it should. Sick of messages like this st. You need to educate yourself before messaging this s**t as I won't tolerate it anymore."
