Today, I'm going to be sharing with you five of the top highest rated best air fryers you can get on Amazon. First of all, if you're new to air frying, you're not alone. I actually just started air frying this year, but I am so happy that I did jump on the craze. If you're not familiar, air frying is essentially crisping foods-- it gets that crispy texture as if it was fried or deep fried, but it's with a lot less oil. With a lot less oil, it's going to be a little bit healthier. And there's going to be a lot less mess, a lot less cleanup. I promise.

If you like French fries, chicken wings, any of those fried foods, you can cook that in an air fryer. But you can also use an air fryer to cook things like steak, fish, veggies, pizza. Like, literally anything. So if you want to get on the air frying craze, take a look at these five bestselling air fryers from Amazon, starting with what I like to call the best overall air fryer, the Ninja 4-in-1. The Ninja 4-in-1 air fryer does air frying, as well as roasting, reheating, and dehydrating foods.

If you've ever bought anything from Ninja, you know that all of their products are pretty much powerhouses in the kitchen. You've probably heard of the Ninja Foodi grill, the Ninja Foodi pressure cooker, or the blender. All of them are incredible, and this air fryer is no exception. This one also has four programmable buttons on there for choosing your air frying, your roasting, and all that. And it also has the ability for you to set your own time and temperature for whatever you're cooking. It's essentially like a really fast rapid cooking convection oven, but it's a little bit smaller. It preheats really quickly. And I think you're going to use it all the time.

Over 20,000 people have actually reviewed this air fryer on Amazon, and of those, 24,000-- over 24,000 actually, have given it five out of five stars. So this is a pretty popular air fryer, and for good reason. Next up, I like to say that this one is the best for beginners. And this is the Cosori air fryer. The reason I think this is for beginners is that it has 11 programmable buttons for cooking all of your favorite foods. Again, if you want to cook chicken wings, you put them in the air fryer and press the chicken wing button. Boom, you've cooked chicken wings.

They also have buttons, though, for things like steak, for bacon, bread, desserts, everything. Anything you want to cook, there's pretty much a button here for you. Otherwise, once you get the hang of things, however, you can set your own time and temperature. And you'll probably get it pretty quickly. Air frying is really not hard, but it is nice to have these buttons sometimes. So again, this is the Cosori air fryer, and I think it's great for beginners.

Next up is the air fryer that I think is best for a family. It's the Instant Vortex Plus 6-in-1 air fryer. The Instant Vortex comes from the makers of Instant Pot, so you know it's going to be great. Like an Instant Pot, it also does more than just pressure cooking, or more than air frying. This one does. It air fries, roasts, dehydrates food, bakes, and reheats food. So it's going to do quite a few things here.

But the reason I think that this one is best for families is that it has a six quart basket. Six quart basket is pretty large. It's big enough to cook a meal for a whole family. You could probably fit about four, I would say probably about four good sized chicken breasts in a six quart basket. I have a six quart air fryer, and it's really nice because you don't have to cook your food in small batches. If you want to cook for more than one person, especially if you were cooking up one piece of chicken, take it out, that one might get cold while you're cooking the other one. So it's just easier to do it all in one big batch.

And again, this one's from the makers of Instant Pot, so you know it's going to be reliable and you know it's going to be good. If you're just kind of getting into air frying and you're not really sure if you're going to like it, I would suggest the next one is the best budget friendly air fryer. And it's the Chefman Two Quart Air Turbofry. This one is only a two quart basket. So if you are cooking for more than one, you might have to cook little in batches. But it's under $40, which is a great price for an air fryer.

Also, I like it because it is a little bit smaller. It's going to be more compact. So if you're not someone who's going to be air frying every day, you don't need your air fryer out on your countertop, you can tuck this one away in your cupboard. Again, it's only $40. So if you use it once a month, or, I don't know, once every other months even, I still think it's worth it. One thing to note, though, is this one is no frills. It doesn't have any programmable buttons. It doesn't roast, or bake, or do anything else like that. It simply air fries, and you can set the time and temperature with a dial.

Similarly, another air fryer that I think is kind of no frills but also still worth the buy is this Dash Tasti-Crisp electric air fryer. This one is for maybe the stylish chef who likes a little color. It comes in six beautiful colors, including my favorite, the aqua that you can see on the screen. This one, again, no frills. There's just a dial for setting the time and temperature. That's really all you need. Something like the Cosori, although it does have all the buttons, maybe you don't really need those all the time. Think about how often we use the popcorn button on your microwave. If you don't use it that often, you might not need it. It's nice to have, but you might not need it.

If you are into air frying, though, one hack I do have for you is this air fryer cheat sheet you can get on Amazon. It's under $15, and it's going to tell you how to cook everything. From frozen foods to veggies, to fruits, to meat, all the different poultries. Everything that you want to put in an air fryer. Any type of food is on this cheat sheet. It's going to tell you the time, the temperature. So you don't need to be looking at recipes all the time. You can kind of cook on your own with just this little cheat sheet here. I highly suggest it.

So if you're new to air frying, or you just want to update your current air fryer at home, take a look again at the links below or to the side, depending on where you're watching today. And thanks again for tuning in to this episode of In The Know Live Kitchen Gadgets.
