Courteney Cox is a wonder to behold.

From her insanely jacked abs to her glowing skin (and that’s makeup free), the former Friends star has proven that grace and beauty have no age limit. And while the sexagenarian stunner has recently admitted that she regrets getting filler, that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have a skincare routine for keeping her skin in tip-top shape. 'I'm a big Retin-A person, I must say,' Cox reveals to Women’s Health US. 'I've worked my way up to a 1% prescription.'

Cox is referring to the well-known vitamin A derivative (it’s over-the-counter cousin is called retinol) that helps to gently slough away dead cells, stimulate skin’s production of firming collagen, and keep breakouts at bay. 'I think turning your skin over is really good,' Cox says of the ingredient, which exfoliates the complexion. 'I also find that it actually minimises spots.'

And while Cox relies on Rx-strength to keep her skin in shape, there are retinol products to suit every skin type and budget (Cox pairs hers with her beloved Augustinus Bader moisturizer). She also has a history of skin cancer in her family, so sun protection is always top of mind. 'I wish I knew how important it was when I was younger,' she says. Her favourite products are from Supergoop and Dermalogica.

Otherwise, Cox keeps things streamlined. 'My beauty routine is pretty basic,' she says. 'I do love using a hot towel to take my makeup off. I have a warming caddy, and I put essential oils on my towels and then roll them up and put them in the hot towel caddy.' Cox scents the towels with neroli essential oil, and the ritual helped inspire one of the scents in her home fragrance line, Homecourt, aptly named Neroli Leaf.

And speaking of Homecourt, Cox has big news there too. Until recently, the line was focused mainly on home fragrance, with candles, dish soap, and room deodorisers rounding out the assortment. But with the launch of the brand’s latest scent—a warm, tropical blend of coconut water, black pepper, fig, and cedarwood called Cocomoi—Homecourt is diving into bodycare. The range will feature a perfume oil, body mist, body butter, body wash, and candle.

The unique fragrance, a mix of sweet and spicy, is deeply personal to Cox, and was inspired by her daughter Coco, 20. 'I wanted it to be a summer scent that had a fresh feeling, but not something that you had to only wear in the summer,' she explains. 'I love the smell of coconut, but I didn't want it to be like a sunscreen. I wanted to have the freshness of coconut, the grounding essence of cedarwood—the beach meets the woods.'

It's an aroma for people who don’t like to feel like they’re wearing fragrance—a category Cox believes she falls squarely in. 'I'm not a perfume-y kind of girl,' she says. 'I like scents that are grounded, so this is perfect. This is something that it would go with anything.' The body mist is one of Cox’s favourites in the line. 'I'd never even heard of a body mist before, but now I'm obsessed with it. I like that the smell the cedarwood pops more in the mist. I'm hoping that everyone will love it—it's not overpowering, it's sophisticated.'
