Could Prince Louis Make His Royal Christmas Debut This Year?
The prince's presence is the present.
Prince Louis steals the show at every event he attends, and the young royal is giving us more reason for cheer this holiday season, because he could possibly be joining in on the festive pomp and circumstance for the first time.
On Sunday, the Prince and Princess of Wales's Instagram account confirmed that Kate Middleton would be once again hosting her third annual Christmas carol concert, set to take place on Dec. 8, at Westminster Abbey. In the past, Middleton has been joined by her husband Prince William and their two older kids Prince George and Princess Charlotte while Prince Louis was a little too young to attend the soirée. However, this year, Louis could be making his grande Christmas concert debut, according to People.
For starters, George attended last year's Christmas Day church service for the first time ever. Plus, Louis has made a myriad of public appearances throughout the year, including King Charles's coronation in May. He was even present at the crowning ceremony, during which he was on his best behavior, save for a few whispers to his older sister Charlotte and a hilarious (and relatable) yawn that captured the hearts of the internet.

The family officially confirmed the event over the weekend after the royal's website first hinted at the return of Middleton's concert last month when sharing a schedule of Prince Richard and Birgitte's (the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester) upcoming engagements. In the official announcement on Instagram, the Cambridges shared the date alongside a Christmas card-worthy photo of Kate standing next to a twinkling tree while wearing a festive sweater.
"Together At Christmas with @earlychildhood is returning to Westminster Abbey on Friday 8 December," the caption read. "This will be a special moment to thank all those who do so much to support babies, young children and families in our communities across the UK. We can’t wait for you to join us too - tune in on @ITV, Christmas Eve."
