All my holiday dreams just came true. (OR) And I will be buying as many as I can fit in my cart.

These days, there is no shortage of sweets and treats vying for the limited spots on your holiday dessert spread. At Costco alone, there are adorable gingerbread cakes, melt-in-your-mouth cookies, and sweet seasonal sips on shelves to make spirits brights and sweet tooths happy.

Well, to make things even more complicated (and my decisions even harder), Costco has another holiday sweet arriving in stores that is not only brand new but also a store exclusive. And what's more, it's from the company behind my annual absolute must-have holiday dessert: Williams Sonoma. That's right, the famous Williams Sonoma Peppermint Bark is now available in ice cream form.

Williams Sonoma Peppermint Bark Ice Cream Is at Costco

I know I often speak in hyperbolic terms, but to say I am excited about this new product would be the understatement of the century. The Williams Sonoma Peppermint Bark has been one of the few non-negotiable holiday traditions in my house since I can remember. It's a must-try for any mint-chocolate lover, and the best store-bought version of peppermint bark I've ever tried.

And now, for the first time ever, it's being turned into another dessert entirely, and just in time for the holidays. In honor of its 25th birthday, Williams Sonoma launched its Peppermint Bark Ice Cream. The frozen treat features peppermint ice cream with a chocolate swirl and white chocolate peppermint bark pieces.

The product was announced on social media, with Williams Sonoma's Instagram account posting, "Our holiday wish came true...Peppermint Bark Ice Cream!," adding that it's available at "select Costco locations." The post quickly went viral, garnering more than 1 million views and hundreds of comments (so clearly I'm not the only one excited about the ice cream innovation).

According to a Reddit thread, the ice cream is already popping up in some Costco stores and is priced at $14 for 4 pints. Considering a tin of Williams Sonoma Peppermint Bark will run you at least $30, this ice cream is a steal.

And while there's no official list of Costco locations that carry it yet, commenters on the Instagram post have reported spotting it in stores in New Jersey, Virginia, and Maryland, so I'd guess it's starting to ship out on the East coast.

I know I will be running to my nearest Costco in search of the stuff before it inevitably sells out. And if you're not a Costco member, I've got good news: You can get a membership on the cheap this week, so now nothing is standing between you and making your peppermint-chocolate-laden holiday dreams come true.
