Corey shares adorable birthday post for Kris but people are all making the same joke about the pair

Kris Jenner is a powerhouse, as we all know. So it stands to reason that her birthday is a pretty big event in the Kardashian-Jenner calendar. As the momager turned 66 earlier this week the whole family took to Instagram to wish her a happy birthday, and fans particularly loved the post from her partner of seven years, Corey Gamble, who shared an adorable message to girlfriend. However, amid the cuteness fans were busy making the same joke about the pair over on Twitter.

The Kar-Jenners were out in force on Instagram over the weekend wishing the queen of the Kar-Jenners - Kris Jenner - a happy 66th birthday, and boyfriend Corey was no exception. Sharing a series of pictures of them together Corey wrote, "Happpppppy Birthday my Beautiful Queen!! Love you Deep bab. Cheers To the best mother & more decades of Love and good health with u @krisjenner ❤️❤️."

Fans loved the sweet post with many of them taking to the comments to show the pair their support and wish Kris a happy birthday. But, over on Twitter something pretty hilarious was happening.

Over the past few weeks people have been saying that some of the Kardashians are changing thanks to what has been coined 'The Kravis Effect' following Kourtney's engagement to Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker. North West has apparently gone "full goth", while mum Kim is rumoured to be dating tattooed comedian Pete Davidson. In short, it looks like we're entering a Kardashian emo phase, and we're not mad about it.

So, while Kris went about celebrating her big day, fans on Twitter were all (very jokingly) suggesting that it wouldn't be long before the momager calls it quits with Corey to instead date anyone from My Chemical Romance. Needless to say, people are finding tis pretty hilarious.

Clearly, it's all a light-hearted joke; Corey and Kris have been together a solid seven years! But... Corey, maybe consider investing in a few studded belts? Just in case?
