Season 4 of Selling Sunset is so close we can almost hear the sports cars approaching. So, while we wait for Christine Quinn, Mary Fitzgerald, Chrishell Stause, Amanza Smith and the rest of The Oppenheim Group to return to our screens (plus the brand new cast members), here's a handy little recap of everything that went down in season 3 of Netflix's hit reality show.

Chrishell and Justin's divorce

The obvious, biggest drama of the series came in episode 5, when the news broke that Chrishell Stause and Justin Hartley were divorcing. If the news alone wasn't dramatic enough, the delivery of it all made it ten times worse. In the following episode we learn that Chrishell found out her husband of two years was filing for divorce via text.

Speaking to Mary from a room at The Four Seasons Chrishell explained, "We were totally fine that day. I thought we were totally fine," adding that they had a fight that morning over the phone and she hadn't seen him since, "We didn’t talk things through and before we had a chance to figure anything out, he’d filed."

When Mary asks how she found out, Chrishell drops a bombshell, replying: "Um, I found out because he text me that we were filed...And 45 minutes later the world knew."

Realtors quitting The Oppenheim Group

Throughout season 3 there were pretty constant rumblings about various realtors thinking of leaving The Oppenheim Group, and ultimately we now know that Maya made the decision to relocate to Miami with her husband and their two kids. In season 3, Maya had a few conversations about getting a broker's license in Florida and asked Jason about opening an office there, with him responding that he had always planned to expand to New York or Orange County next, but that he would consider it.

Meanwhile, Davina Potratz left to join a rival firm in Beverly Hills, telling People last year that she still hopes to be part of the show. While Christine revealed that Brett Oppenheim had also left to start his own brokerage, however Jason since debunked those rumours, telling Hello!, "I think Christine tried to fan those flames ... He's not starting his own brokerage and hiring agents and competing, we're still working together."

Christine and Christian's wedding

The season ended with Christine's lavish, gothic wedding to Christian Richard. The guests wore white, while Christine walked down the aisle in a jet black princess dress, while the reception featured black swans, fake snow and a 'bloody' strawberry wedding cake.

The whole thing was as glamorous and out there as it gets, but it was also thick with drama, mainly centred around Chrishell being very sad to be there given her split from Justin, ending with her storming out after Davina insisting she needed to be mindful of "both sides of the story."

Mary and Romain's fertility journey

In series 3 newly married Mary and Romain decided to explore their options and Mary visits a fertility expert. The good news is that she's told everything looks positive if she and Romain want to have children, and she later explains in interviews that they have decided to freeze their embryos for the future.

The $75 million house

The sprawling Beverly Hills mansion still hadn't sold by the end of season 3, and it had actually become a source of even more drama. Firstly Davina and Christine fell out over it, when the latter was tagged onto the listing to help Davina sell it. It got a bit awkward when Christine then toured Christian around the property, making for a very uncomfortable situation when the owner asked Davina about the visit and she had no idea what was going on.

Later, Davina asks Jason to extend the listing only for him to shoot the suggestion down so harshly that she storms out of Brett's housewarming party. Who knows where we'll be with the property by season 4.

Selling Sunset season 4 lands on Netflix on 24 November.
