Co-op Is Selling A Caramel Crispies Spread Which Sounds Like An Even Better Version Of Biscoff

·1-min read

When it comes to spreads, we all know peanut butter, Nutella and Biscoff are the leaders in their field. But, we always have time to sample any new spreads trying to take centre stage.

We’ve recently had Milky Way Spread, Sainsbury’s Banoffee Caramel Spread, Asda’s Cookies And Cream Spread and Aldi’s range of peanut butter and jelly jars all attempt to become the King Of Spreads. But can they compete with Co-op’s new offering?

We recently spotted on Instagram that Co-op is selling a Caramel Crispies Spread, and we have to say, we’re not sure if we’ve ever seen anything as beautiful in our whole damn lives.

We spotted the spread on @laurenchloetaylor’s Instagram page, and we’ve been thinking about it non-stop since then.

Speaking about this wild new spread, Emily Haworth, Product Developer at Co-op, said: “Our Caramel Crispies Spread only landed in stores last week so it’s great to see that shoppers are loving it already. We were inspired by the trend for spreads that taste like sweet treat favourites, and we’re thrilled to be able to bring the popular taste of caramel and the crunch of rice crisps to breakfast and snack time – our new spread tastes amazing and is delicious on toast, waffles and pancakes; there’s also nothing else like it on the market, I can’t wait to see the creations people make with it!”

You can pick up a jar of Co-op’s Caramel Crispies Spread for £1.60.
