Co-op has recently launched a new fruity gin in time for summer BBQs, and it sounds delightful. If you’re a fan of a G&T or enjoy a cocktail int he garden, then this limited edition gin sounds like it could be perfect for your next summer party.

Co-op’s Peach, Orange & Cranberry Flavoured Gin is inspired by the classic 90s summer favourite cocktail, "Sex on the Beach." Capturing sweet citrusy orange, and the depth of cranberry, this gin has the addition of peach, to give the gin a modern take.

The retailer’s gin is bound to be a sell-out this summer, coming in at £14 a bottle, and with limited-edition release. Available in stores nationwide and on the Co-op website, it's a great tipple for summer.

Speaking of the new gin, Jonathan Grey, Co-op’s Spirits Buyer, said: “'Sex on the Beach’ is the quintessential summer holiday cocktail and we have worked hard to recreate that classic fruity flavour with a modern twist for our shoppers to enjoy. It’s a great new addition to our growing own-label spirits range, which will be a real grown-up crowd pleaser for those summer garden parties and BBQs.”

This irresistible gin (40% ABV, 50cl) has been distilled five times, to create a strong flavour profile. The gin is perfect paired with a classic tonic water or lemonade - but we’d recommend adding in a cherry and a sparkler or umbrella, so that you really feel like you’re on holiday!

We’re already picturing serving this at our garden parties, sun shining and the BBQ on. Sounds dreamy!
