Selling Sunset fans: do you want the good news or the bad news first? The good news is Christine Quinn basically just confirmed a fourth series of the show. The bad news? It sounds like Brett Oppenheim has quit the show and won't feature. Boo.
With every series of Selling Sunset feeling more dramatic than the last, it seems only fitting that the fourth installment features a big move for one The Oppenheim Group's Brett and Jason.
According to real estate agent Christine, Brett left to start his own brokerage - which could mean some steep competition for the Selling Sunset gang. "Brett has left to start his own brokerage," Christine said in a recent interview.
"The girls are fed up with the favouritism of Mary in the office, we don’t know who will move where. It may be the battle of the brokerages! I think season four is going to be the juiciest season ever."
Wait, does this mean season four is definitely happening? And both brokerages might feature on the show? And some of the cast might move over to be with Brett? What about his brotherly bond with Jason? SO many questions.
The revelation comes as Christine also recently revealed she had considered leaving The Oppenheim Group, too. "You know, Davina and I have had conversations, and Maya has had conversations, and Heather has had conversations, all together and separate…," she told Metro.
"All I’m going to say is, it’s hard working for a man. It is. I’m not going to lie. So there’s times where we’ve definitely thought about doing other things. Right now I do like being a part of [the] family, I really, really do. I like having that dynamic but it needs to have a little bit of healing, and mend itself first. If I ever saw myself leaving, it would be to work with only women."
