Christie Brinkley has one piece of advice for aging gracefully: Consistency is everything.
The 68-year-old took to Instagram on Tuesday to share her most important anti-aging tips: "It's what you do every day that will determine how healthy and vibrant you look and feel," she writes in the caption.
"Sleep well, eat a rainbow organic diet, stay hydrated, and protect and care for your skin 24 hours a day."
"It's up to you," she says. "It's in your hands!"
The former Sports Illustrated model is a famously open book when it comes to her anti-aging routine, regularly crediting SBLA Beauty for helping slow down Mother Nature.
"I keep my beauty routine very simple," she writes. "I use sunblock and SBLA Beauty every day. I love knowing that under whatever sunblock or makeup I use, I have powerful active ingredients working for me, giving me both immediate and long-term results."
Brinkley has previously called the brand's The Facial Instant Sculpting Wand a "necessary" part of her skincare routine.
SBLA Beauty's Sculpting Wand uses time-released concentrated ingredients to target the areas of the face most prone to aging, including the eyes, brows, forehead, lips, cheekbones, and 'puppet' lines.
Dubbed a "mini facelift" by the brand, the wand is reported to smooth and tighten the skin, boost collagen production, reverse sun damage, and even out skin tone.
It "reduces the look of wrinkles right away and long term," Brinkley wrote in a previous Instagram post. "It also smooths, brightens the complexion, de-puffs my eyes in the morning, and works great under and over makeup as a refresher!"
Despite captioning the photo slideshow, "68 and feeling grateful," the model's Instagram followers say she looks decades younger.
'There's no way she's 68'
"There's no way she's 68," commented one user. "More like 38...just so gorgeous!"
"Beautiful as always," wrote another.
A "sight for sore eyes," penned a third fan.
