Chrissy Teigen has shared a heartfelt Instagram post showing how she and her daughter Luna are honouring her late baby son Jack.

On September 30, Chrissy Teigen and her husband John Legend shared the devastating news that they'd lost their baby boy Jack at around 20 weeks of pregnancy.

Chrissy shared a series of black and white photos taken with Jack in the hospital, writing in a heartbreaking caption, "We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before."

In her most recent post, Chrissy has showed how she and her family are honouring Jack, sharing a video of the small box containing Jack's ashes, which has been placed lovingly next to a therapy teddy bear.

In the video, Chrissy shows how the box has been tied with some blessed holy Thai string. She also adds that her daughter Luna, age 4, has adorably given Jack some of her favourite snack, leaving a piece of Pirate's Booty on top of his box.

In the second video, Chrissy shared a clip of Luna playing with the teddy, saying, "Hi guys. Hi, this is baby Jack, and I'm Teddy. I'm Luna. How are you doing today?"

Posting the videos on Instagram, Chrissy wrote in the caption, "I'm just thinking a lot about Jack today. Our house is very open about life, death, grief, everything really. We try to explain things well and answer every question imaginable in a beautiful, spiritual but literal way. I know this is a weird post but I just wanted to share these to always remember my incredibly empathetic little mini. Life is infinitely better with her in it. I miss u, Jack. We miss you a lot."

It's lovely to see how Chrissy and her family are honouring Jack's memory. Our continued thoughts are with Chrissy, John and their family during this sad time.
