Chrissy Teigen has revealed that she's gone 50 days without drinking alcohol.

Whether she's given up for good (like these 53 celebs), she's not yet decided, but she's feeling much better for swerving the sauce.

Chrissy shared an adorable video of her trying to do a workout with her kids along with a caption to explain her situation.

She wrote: 'Today is my 50 day sobriety streak! it should be nearly a year but I had a few (wine) hiccups in the road. this is my longest streak yet! I still dunno if I’ll never drink again but I do know it no longer serves me in ANY way.

'I don’t get more fun, I don’t dance, I don’t get relaxed. I get sick, fall asleep and wake up sick, having missed what was probably a fun night.

'I had my fun with it and appreciate anyone that can enjoy it responsibly!!!! this is also my third day this week working out which is unheard of for me, and my bears are notttt making it easy but loving @movewithnicole on YouTube!!'

One other motivator for Chrissy appears to be attempting to process the loss of her son Jack in a healthier way.

In August she shared an image on Instagram explaining: 'I don't really feel like I fully processed Jack and now that I don't have the alcohol to numb it away, things are just… there, waiting to be acknowledged.

'I guess what I'm saying here is life is so f—ing complicated.'

Chrissy had heaps of support from fans and friends in the comments. Selling Sunset's Christine Quinne wrote: 'So proud of you! Honestly I don’t really drink much anymore. It doesn’t make me feel as focused, and love the way I feel sober. Proud of you girl.'
