Chrissy Teigen live tweets as plane turns back to LAX

Chrissy Teigen has live-tweeted her experience as an All Nippon Airways flight to Tokyo had to turn back after four hours because a passenger realised they were on the wrong flight.

The unauthorised passenger reportedly had a ticket for a United Airlines flight and the plane was forced to turn back due to the 'mix up'.

She wrote: "Why did we all get punished for this one person's mistake? Why not just land in Tokyo and send the other person back? How is this the better idea, you ask? We all have the same questions."

After getting off the plane, the couple were put in a room and left to watch TV for a while.

The situation was finally sorted. Chrissy tweeted: "Getting on another flight now oh bless."

She then revealed she hoped for a new menu so they didn't have to eat the same food again.

The couple are heading to Tokyo to see in the New Year and eat lots of sushi.
