If you need a shot of body confidence today, look no further than Chrissy Teigen's recent Instagram Story. The model, 36, shared a new nude photo, and she looks incredibly fit. It may only be April, but it looks like this mother of two is already on top of her tanning game this year

She captioned the post, 'This is great.'

Chrissy followed up with a few videos of her cooking a yummy prawn pasta with rocket, which comes as no surprise considering how much she likes to indulge in healthy, homemade recipes.

Don't worry, Women's Health has all the details on Chrissy's diet and fitness regimen.

One of Chrissy's go-to workouts is dancing. She does one-on-ones with celeb trainer Simone De La Rue, and according to De La Rue, it's all about having fun. 'We do more laughing than working out, to be honest,' she told Business Insider. 'She's a hilarious person, and I like having a giggle with her.'

When Chrissy's not dancing, she's incorporating the latest workout technology into her routine. During her appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Chrissy revealed that she uses EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) to enhance her workouts.

In case you didn't know, EMS is when electrical currents are sent through wires to patches placed on the body causing muscle contractions, per FitLifeByMo.

So how exactly does this improve your workout? 'The stimulation helps to recruit more muscle fibers and can help with the timing of contractions, making them contract faster to perform a movement,' Dr. Karena Wu, the owner and clinical director of ActiveCare Physical Therapy, told TODAY.

When it comes to her diet, Chrissy doesn't shy away from her cravings... I mean, her cookbook is literally called Cravings.

In a 2021 interview with People, she explained that when it comes to food, she puts 'my mind and spirit over body.'

She continued: 'If it's going to make me happy and make me feel good, then I indulge in it...I've spent too many years counting calories and scheduling way too many workouts and trying to figure out what my term for wellness was for myself. Now I know it's on the ground playing with my kids or going to a park or an aquarium.'

Preach, Chrissy!
