It wouldn't be much of an exaggeration to say Selling Sunset was one of the only things that made 2020 worthwhile. Thanks to Netflix dropping seasons two and three mere months apart, we were treated to everything from Mary Fitzgerald and Romain Bonnet's wedding day to Christine Quinn's winter wonderland - and the heartbreaking scenes of Chrishell Stause's divorce.

And while we're happy to keep stewing in the aftermath of the third season, we'd also quite like to know that there's anther series on the way. So, what do we know about Selling Sunset season 4 so far?

Has Selling Sunset season 4 been confirmed by Netflix?

Sadly Netflix haven't actually announced it yet but the Selling Sunset stars themselves have! Mary Fitzgerald is the latest cast member to share a major SS update, revealing we won't have to wait long until the fourth season drops.

"I think everybody can expect to see a season four probably and hopefully in about six months," she told The Radio Times, which would mean it would be arriving this summer. "We film for probably four or five months for each season and then there's a couple of months for editing and then you guys would probably see it in about six months."

She also spilled on what we can expect now that the brokerage has split and Brett has left to set up his own agency, and said the upcoming season might add brand new agents into the mix.

"My understanding is, whenever we do it, everyone is coming back. I don’t know how Davina plays into that because she did leave the group, so I’m not really sure how that’s going to work out. I haven’t spoken to her."

She added, "We do have a couple of new agents. We keep trying to tell production and Netflix that we want a couple of the other girls on the show because they’re really good friends of ours, so I think it would be good to have some new faces, but I don’t know what they’re going to choose.”

It comes after Christine Quinn also confirmed season 4 is going ahead during an appearance on ITV's This Morning back in October.

Speaking on the show Christine explained that while filming is delayed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the show is coming back for a fourth series.

"We're not back filming now," she told the show. "But Jason has confirmed we've been picked up for another series, but we're kind of just waiting.

"... No one really knows the date and I know filming restrictions are really hard especially in Los Angeles right now with such a big film production, so we're kind of just waiting," she added.

Additionally, Jason and Brett Oppenheim all but confirmed season four of Selling Sunset was definitely happening.

The twins appeared on Good Morning Britain and explained that while season 4 hadn't started filming yet due to the current climate, it definitely would be happening. "No, season 4 hasn't been filmed, the pandemic has put a dampener on filming right now," Jason explained.

"[But] we can expect we'll be moving forward as soon as possible, but filming is very difficult now here in LA... everything has been delayed." Speaking about who will feature, he added, "Everyone is going to be around."

Last year, Chrishell was also asked during a fan Q&A on Instagram Stories when the next series was coming. She replied:

"We have to wait for [Netflix] to give us the official pick up and then we can start shooting. So keep streaming to hurry them up *winking face*."

Who will star in Selling Sunset season 4?

While we would've initially assumed the whole cast would be back in action, there have been a few changes since Selling Sunset season 3 launched. Namely, both Brett *and* other mysterious cast members have reportedly decided to leave the brokerage.

According to real estate agent Christine Quinn, "Brett has left to start his own brokerage. It may be the battle of the brokerages! I think season four is going to be the juiciest season ever."

Chrishell, meanwhile, added that other people had left the brokerage - but she didn't reveal who. "I'm not going to sugar coat it," she said on Good Morning Britain in September. "We're not all friends, we don't all get along. But we try to. Some people have left, the brokerage has split, if the cameras picked up now, there's a lot to pick up on."

In October, it was confirmed Davina Potratz had joined a rival firm. Davina announced she'll be moving to Douglas Elliman in Beverly Hills, revealing they offered her a package she couldn't turn down. "I’m really excited to be a part of Douglas Elliman and their very sophisticated and global new development division," she told People magazine.

But even with the move, Davina hopes she'll still be part of the Selling Sunset cast. "I certainly hope that I’m still part of the cast," she said. "Brett is not at the Oppenheim Group anymore either, so I don’t think that that’s going to be an issue at all."

What could happen in Selling Sunset season 4?

It's hard to know for sure, considering many productions are still on hold due to the pandemic, and we don't necessarily know when the show might start filming. But some topics of interest could include:

Heather Rae Young's engagement to Tarek El Moussa

The cameras might not have been rolling, but we know Heather recently got engaged to boyfriend Tarek. While the engagement itself won't feature in a fourth season, we have no doubt much more of their relationship will. Could another Selling Sunset wedding be on the cards?

Maya's move to Miami

Maya was floating the idea of opening up her own real estate agency in Miami during season 3, which could take centre stage in a follow up season. Interestingly, her personal website suggests Maya’s working in Miami full-time now - could the transition already have happened? Eek!

Amanza's own design company

Before joining the Oppenheim Group, Amanza was a stager - meaning it was her job to make houses look beautiful before they were sold. The star recently took to Instagram to reveal she had set up her own design company, AmanZa LLC, writing, "AmanZa LLC. Can transform your space! All I need is some red paint and banana wallpaper! Oh, and a pencil behind my ear, yes! Can’t forget the pencil behind the ear! 🤪"

More drama between Chrishell and Christine

Chrishell and Christine's relationship seems to create just as much drama off screen as it does on. Since season 3 dropped, the pair have fallen out over Chrishell blocking Christine, Christine allegedly talking about Chrishell's relationship to the press, and comments Christine made about Chrishell's divorce from Justin Hartley.

Could Mary and Romain start a family?

After Mary received good news from the fertility clinic in season three, we saw how keen Romain was to have children with his new wife. Pair that with the fact that the pair were looking at buying their first house, could starting a family be on the cards in season 4? Exciting!
