Chris Evans' complete dating history, from the 00s to now
Chris Evans is up there as potentially our favourite of all the Hollywood Chrises (sorry Hemsworth, Pine and Pratt). And while we're big fans of his film roles - hello, Captain America and Knives Out - we're also fully invested in his dating life.
As of November 2022, it looks as though Chris, 41, could be officially in a relationship once more, after reports claimed that he has been dating Portuguese actress Alba Baptista, 25, for over a year.
Prior to news over his relationship with Alba, rumours have paired Chris with all kinds of famous names, including the likes of Selena Gomez, Lizzo and Lily James.

Kate Bosworth - early 200s
Way back in the early 00s, Chris was linked to fellow actor Kate Bosworth, with the pair meeting on the set of their 2000 film The Newcomers. However, it was reported at the time that things fizzled soon after.
Back in January 2021, Kate shared a throwback photo of her and Chris and these two look *so* young. Cute!
Jessica Biel - 2001
Chris and Jessica dated for around five years, first getting together in 2001. They also starred as each other's love interests in two films, Cellular and London - so, you know, art imitates life and all that.
During their relationship, Jessica told Cosmopolitan that the couple had discussed marriage, saying in 2005, "We always talk about it. We both want to be married, and we both want to have children," before shutting down engagement rumours. However, the pair sadly broke up in 2006.
Christina Ricci - 2007
Talk about a power couple. Chris was rumoured to have dated yet another fellow actor, Christina Ricci all the way back in 2007. The pair even walked the 2007 Met Gala red carpet together - though they didn't actually publicly confirm relationship rumours. Either way, their fling reportedly only lasted for two months.
Dianna Agron - 2011
Chris and Glee star Diana sparked rumours after they were spotted hanging out at an LA Oscars party. A source told Page Six at the time that the duo were "flirting and deep in conversation for a while before they swapped numbers."
Ashley Greene - 2011
These two were also reportedly seen getting cosy at another Hollywood party, with an insider telling E! News at the time that the pair were "dancing together very closely." However, friends also told the publication that just because the pair were hanging out it didn't mean they were necessarily dating.
Minka Kelly - 2012 to 2015
These two were on and off a whole bunch throughout the early 2010s. But before that, the pair had first sparked dating rumours years back in 2007.
Five years later, Chris and Minka reconnected, pictured kissing in 2012 before going on to split in 2013. Then, in 2015, People published photos of the pair out and about together once more. However, it looks like this one wasn't meant to be.
Sandra Bullock - 2014
OK, this is one mega Hollywood pairing we can get on board with. Chris had previously admitted to Sandra being his childhood crush, with the pair going on to spend time together in 2014.
A source told E! News at the time, "They are not in a relationship, but they are definitely hanging out and are in the early getting-to-know-each-other phase," the source reveals. "They haven't put a title on it, but they really like each other."
Lily Collins - 2015
Another actor linked to Chris, these two were spotted out on a dinner date, according to eyewitness speaking to E! However, their relationship didn't appear to go any further.
Jenny Slate - 2016 to 2018
Chris dated comedian and co-star Jenny Slate on-and-off between 2016 and 2018. The pair met on set of their 2016 film Gifted, before going their separate ways nine moths later. Then, in 2017 they gave things a second shot, although they split for good in March 2018.
Lily James - 2020
Lily and Chris were the subject of dating rumours in 2020. However, in a Harper's Bazaar interview that same year, it was reported that she "won’t discuss whether or not she is dating the Captain America star Chris Evans."
Alba Baptista - 2022
As for the latest development, reports claim that Chris and actress Alba Baptista have been dating for "over a year". The pair have been pictured out holding hands, while Chris also left a pretty flirty comment on Alba's Instagram post. So, yep, it's all very cute.
