Cheryl Hickey is delivering some much-needed fitness motivation.

On Monday, the "ET Canada" host took to Instagram to post a video of her doing the famous TikTok model walk challenge, which shows people strutting their stuff on a treadmill to Timbaland's hit song, "The Way I Are."

In the clip, the the 46-year-old rocked black leggings and a white exercise tank while pretending her treadmill was a runway. As the chorus hit, the mother-of-two flipped her hair, tossed her shoulders back, swayed her arms, and walked like the most in-demand model in the world.

"For all of us who can't do most of the other fitness challenges, but we can try and strut, this is for you. Wait for the cheesy wink," the TV host wrote on the screen.

"Monday motivation! I can’t do most fitness challenges, I don’t think I’m alone but I can attempt this one with lip bite and wink energy! Coco Rocha may never talk to me again and Winnie Harlow may say I don’t know her," Hickey captioned the post alongside a laughing emoji. "I turn in my Canada card! (P.S. I love both these ladies and their walks). Point is, if you can find it in you to get up move and laugh a little today you have completed the best challenge."

In the comments, fans thanked Hickey for the fitness motivation and loved her positive energy.

"Love it! By the way the health benefits of strutting your stuff on a fast walk are vastly understated!" commented Dr. Jennifer Pearlman, a Canadian aesthetic physician.

"I’d probably fall flat on my face if I ever attempted that," laughed a fan. "But you look great."

"I'm inspired by your fun-loving nature," said someone else, while another wrote: "You rock girl!" with the clapping emoji.

"Get it girl! You look fun and fabulous!" another chimed in.
