The Letterbox Cheese parcel was created at Lancashire-based, family-run cheese maker, Butlers Farmhouse Cheese, with contact-free enjoyment of cheese in mind. They're available in two sizes, and each come with a blue, a soft and a hard cheese included, along with Peter’s Yard crackers and Wilkin & Sons Chutney.
The star of each box is Butlers’ flagship cheese, Blacksticks Blue, which they describe as a "boundary-pushing corange-blue cheese with a creamy, indulgent texture and bright, irresistible blue bite."
The Perfect British Cheeseboard For Two costs £6.50 plus £3.50 postage per box, while the Showstopper Cheeseboard Trio costs £11.50 and £3.50 postage. Each contain a Blacksticks Blue cheese, a Sunday Best hard cheese and half a Buttonn Mill soft cheese, as well as two packets of Peter’s Yard Sourdough Crispbread (2 x 8g) and a jar of Wilkin & Sons Ltd Hot Gooseberry Chutney 38g.
