Charlotte Dawson has excitedly found out if she's expecting a baby boy or girl, following her playful update to fans with a significant gender clue. The 31 year old reality star - doting mum to Noah, aged 3, and one year old Jude, along with her partner Matt Sarsfield, hinted last week that her specific pregnancy cravings could mean she's having a little girl this time.

Now, the TV personality has confessed to her followers that she's in on the secret of her new baby's gender, but she's keeping it hush-hush for just a tad longer. Sharing an adorable snap with her son Noah on Instagram, Charlotte wrote: "We went for the gender scan yesterday [blue and pink hearts emoji]. Now we fully know, can't wait to show you all soon. Promise I won't keep you waiting too long. Just want to do a cute gender reveal."

Despite the happiness surrounding her pregnancy, Charlotte has been dealing with personal turmoil after uncovering Matt's sexting scandal with another woman. During this challenging time, she shared her wish to have a baby girl join their family of boys, hoping it might inspire Matt to treat women with more respect, reports the Mirror.

Charlotte spoke candidly about the surprise nature of her pregnancy, noting it wasn't planned just yet, and acknowledged that their joy was somewhat overshadowed by the fallout from the scandal. The shocking truth was revealed when Charlotte's manager informed her after the other woman decided to go public with the story.

The stunned star told OK!: "It's meant to be the most exciting time of your life, but this whole situation has been such a shock, I'd almost forgotten I was pregnant."

Despite a brief separation, the couple decided to tie the knot in 2020 after Matt popped the question. Charlotte has been happily documenting her pregnancy journey on Instagram and recently shared a snap of her baby bump while out and about. She looked fabulous in maternity wear, pairing a leopard print top with trendy leather trousers and a fedora hat.

On her own podcast, Charlotte spilled the beans about her pregnancy and even made an appearance on Celebrity Big Brother star David Potts' show. There, she announced that she's set to become the "first pregnant panto star" as she gears up for her role in Aladdin. "I am going to be doing panto again with a full bump," Charlotte declared. To which David responded: "That's iconic! ".
