The little girls we met during Obama's first years as the 44th president are fully grown women now. Speaking to Robin Roberts, as part of her special ‘Michelle Obama: The Light We Carry, A Conversation with Robin Roberts’, the former First Lady revealed how her husband becomes the "concerned father" whenever he meets his daughters' lovers. She said: “They were in high school. They went to prom. They’ve lived life. And [Barack has] learned how to be a concerned Black father, but not crazy. I think it’s wonderful. I want them to know what they want and who they are in a relationship. And that takes trying on some people.” (©BANG Showbiz)
Tim McGraw
Country music stars Tim McGraw, 56, and Faith Hill, 55, have been married since 1996 and have daughters Gracie, 25, Maggie, 24, and Audrey, 21, together. Speaking about the time when one of them went to his house, the singer said: ''I had a white apron on, and I was trimming fat off of this meat. I got this knife with me and this apron with blood all over, and the doorbell rang, and I go to the door and open it with a knife and a bloody apron. It's the kid who shows up, so it worked out pretty good even though I didn't mean for it to.'' (©BANG Showbiz)

Jamie Foxx
Jamie Foxx, 55, has two daughters, Corinne, whom he shares with Connie Kline, and Annalise, 13, from his relationship with Kristin Grannis. In a 2021 appearance on 'The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon', Foxx recalled the time when he asked celebrity friend Snoop Dogg for some help to intimidate one of his daughters’ boyfriends. Jamie said: “What happened was my daughter, who didn’t know that I had already run a background check on her boyfriend, he comes to the crib and Snoop happens to be there. I said: ‘Snoop there he is right there. Shake him up.’ Snoop walked over to my daughter’s boyfriend and just said: ‘Hey what’s up? What’s up cuz. Hey, look here you know. We her uncles, you know what I’m saying? So act accordingly homie.’” (©BANG Showbiz)

After host Ellen asked him if the guy in question was intimidated by him, he joked: “I think he's more scared of my daughter than he is of me. I pray for him more than I pray for her in that relationship. They're perfect for each other and he couldn't be any sweeter." (©BANG Showbiz)
Gordon Ramsay
Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, 56, and wife Tana are parents to daughters Megan, 24, Holly, 23, and Matilda, 21. In an interview on ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’, the ‘Kitchen Nightmares’ star admitted to feeling “anxious” whenever his eldest child dates someone. He recalled the time when the latter told him she had gotten back with her ex, so he decided to get the guy’s phone number just in case “anything’s wrong.". Although Megan asked him not to do anything, he already had something in mind. He said: “I waited to find out when they were having dinner together and I FaceTimed him. I said, ‘Byron, it’s me. Not your future father-in-law’.” Megan ended up hanging up on her dad’s call, which Gordon found “so rude". (©BANG Showbiz)

He said: "You know, I have tried not to like him. I have tried to find something wrong with him that I could dig in and go. 'Cause I done got rid of all of them. All of them. Some of them that snuck in the back door on me and lasted a lot longer than I wanted it to." (©BANG Showbiz)
Dwayne Johnson
Dwayne Johnson, 51, and wife Lauren Hashian have three daughters together, Simone, 21, Jasmine, seven, and five-year-old Tia. Apparently, The Rock is not a big fan of the fact that his eldest child can potentially date someone. In a YouTube Q+A session titled 'The Truth About Wrestling - Seven Bucks March Q+A', the actor-and-wrestler said: “If Simone came to me and was like: ‘Listen dad, I'm dating someone. I'd be like: ‘OK cool, well bring him in.’ Then he comes in: ‘Hello, what's your name?’, ‘Hi my name is...’ [interrupts the conversation] Right there. What that is, is the throat I'm grabbing, that means I'm choking the life out of this boy, and then he goes down.” (©BANG Showbiz)
Sylvester Stallone
Sophia, 26, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20, are actor Sylvester Stallone, 76, and his wife Jennifer Flavin’s daughters. In a 2019 interview with The Daily Express, the ‘Rambo’ star revealed that he enters a “macho mode” whenever he gets to meet one of his daughters’ dates. He said: "I do a thing called the Crushing The Hand Test. I work my hands very much, and they're very strong, so when I meet her date I really clamp down - and they're not ready for it. I see their faces changing color, because they wanna be Alpha dog, and I know they'll never forget it. It's not intentional, but when you have a daughter, it's a form of temporary insanity. When some guy walks in the house, you're not yourself anymore. My daughters are like: 'What are you doing?' But I just can't help it." (©BANG Showbiz)
Howard Stern
Popular radio host Howard Stern, 69, shares three daughters with ex-wife Alison Berns, Emily, 39, Deborah, 36 and Ashley, 30. The eldest child has practiced Orthodox Judaism for more than a decade and has said that her father’s personality made her want to stay away from dating men. Speaking to The Post in 2015, Emily said: “It’s rare I go on dates. My dad’s emphasis on sexuality [in his career] kept me out of the dating ring [when I was younger].” Emily also said that Howard’s overprotective personality towards her and her sisters, as well as his insistence on preventing them from getting public attention, also contributed to her decision of not wanting to date anyone.
