Catherine Zeta-Jones stepped out in a chic Breton look in Monaco over the weekend (Saturday 27 May), with her husband, Micheal Douglas.

The star opted for a long sleeve Breton top in black and white, with a co-ordinating straw hat. White trousers looped with a braided gold chain completed her understated, French-style look.

Catherine was in Monaco ahead of the F1 Grand Prix which takes place in Monte-Carlo, and was seen walking hand-in-hand with husband, Micheal at the qualifying event. The actress was also spotted on the balcony looking down on all the action, and even shared a clip of the day to her own instagram account.

"Hi everyone, I'm at the Monaco Grand Prix. You know me, I love my racing!" she says in the video, sharing a panoramic of the track overlooking the harbour.

Just a week ago, Catherine was in Cannes, not too far from where she is now, with Micheal and their daughter, Carys. The family walked the red carpet together as Michael received his Palm D'Or lifetime achievement award.

In a touching post, Catherine said getting to "walk the iconic red carpet" with her daughter and husband, before watching Micheal receive his award made the evening one she will "never forget, ever."

For the occasion, Catherine looked stunning in a floor-length red gown, complete with an asymmetric train flowing from one shoulder. Her daughter Carys was ethereal in a sheer and white speckled dress, while Micheal looked chic in a classic tuxedo.
