Catherine Tyldesley asks her husband for advice ahead of filming sex scenes
Catherine Tyldesley has revealed her husband has a "chilled" attitude when her work requires her to film X-rated scenes with other men.
The 38-year-old former Coronation Street star told The Sun that many of her previous relationships came to an end because her partners struggled with jealousy related to her job.

But she said that hasn't been a problem since she got together with Tom Pitfield, to whom she has been married since 2016.
"Most of my relationships before Tom, well in fact, all of them, ended because of my job. They didn’t get it, the jealousy. But Tom is so chilled," said Tyldesley.

She added: "I remember the night before rehearsals for my sex scenes, and I said: ‘Babe, if I straddle like this, does my bum look really bad? Have I got cauliflower a**?’ And he’d say: ‘A little bit like that babe’."
The actor recounted a night in which she was shaving her legs to film an intimate sequence and Pitfield joked that he had "not seen shaved legs since week one".

Tyldesley added: "He’s been there on set when I’ve had to snog other actors. But I think that’s good.
"Tom being there means he can see how clinical it is — and not remotely sexy."
Tyldesley is currently pregnant with her and Pitfield's second child — son Alfie was born in 2015 — and told the Hot Mess Mums Club podcast she has been exhausted this time around.
“I said to my friend I would rather do Strictly seven times over. This is more exhausting, and I never thought I’d say that," she said.

The actor said she has even turned down a job before Christmas due to it being too physically demanding for her.
Tyldesley added: "I’ve never turned an acting job down in my life and it was quite an intense one, so I think I did the right thing but it’s hard to do that, I adore my job.”
Tyldesley left Coronation Street in 2018 after spending seven years on the cobbles as the role of spoiled, glamorous Eva Price.
She competed on the 2019 series of Strictly Come Dancing alongside professional partner Johannes Radebe.

The star is now expecting a daughter and said she'll be bringing her own "girly girl" style to the new arrival.
"She'll be head to toe in feather boas and pinkness," said Tyldesley.
