Cashmere Loungewear That's So Comfy It's Almost Impossible to Take Off

We all have those items in our wardrobes that are so comfortable that it is hard to ever wear anything else. For me, those items are cashmere jumpers. Buying anything in cashmere is certainly a luxury, however what sets apart this soft fibre is its quality and how long lasting it typically is. Meaning if you can stretch to a cashmere version, it's usually not something you regret. This year the lockdown restrictions has seen loungewear as a category spike in demand—during the first lockdown sales of loungewear rose by 322 percent according to shopping website Lovethesales.com.

This spike in demand hasn't just been felt on the high street, as luxury retailers are also seeing a notable demand for cashmere loungewear sets. The team at Matchesfashion let us know that Les Tien cashmere tracksuits and Johnstons of Elgin and Allude cashmere sets in particular have been instant hits for them this season. Cashmere jogging bottoms are certainly fancy, and so I personally would recommend like with all bigger investments, you veer towards the classic and timeless designs. Below you'll find cashmere jumper and trouser sets in greys, oatmeals and creams. Cashmere tracksuit sets tend to be created by high-end brands such as The Row and Olivia von Halle, however I've also found beautiful options at Arket and other high street brands.
