Carrie Underwood and Jason Aldean sweep the 2022 CMT Music Awards
The 2022 CMT Music Awards saw Carrie Underwood and Jason Aldean the big winners of the night as they scooped Video of the Year and Collaborative Video of the Year for their hit single hit single 'If I Didn't Love You' with Jason.

As they accepted Video of the Year, Jason thanked fans for still caring about them after almost 20 years; "17 years in the game and this is the first time I have ever won," he said.

"The fact I thjink Carrie and I hit the scene at the same time, and the fact you care about us this many years in, to vote for us, means the world to me," he said.
Carrie is the all-time CMT Awards record holder with an incredible 25 awards.

Elsewhere, Miranda picked up Female Video of the Year and Cody Johnson won Male Video of the Year and CMT Digital-First Performance of the Year for his CMT Campfire Session of Dear Romeo.
Hours before the show kicked off it was announced there would be one major change - Kelsea Ballerini, who had been set to host with Captain America star Anthony Mackie, had been diagnosed with COVID-19 and would instead be virtually performing from her home. Kane Brown stepped in to join Anthony as host in the auditorium.
