Carol Vorderman highlights recent weight loss in bikini: 'I've dropped over a dress size'
Carol Vorderman has never been afraid of showing her enviable figure on TV or the red carpet, but her latest weight loss journey has her showing more skin than usual as she posted a picture of herself in a bikini to her Instagram on Wednesday.
The TV personality – who regularly posts about her fitness and weight-lifting regime online – said she had lost ‘over a dress size’ after attending a fitness and cleansing retreat in Portugal over the past two weeks.
The presenter, 61, looked absolutely thrilled with her achievement as she smiled in a leopard-print bikini and denim cut-off shorts in a selfie posted to her social media account.
On her penultimate night at the retreat in Portugal, Vorderman took to Instagram to express her gratitude and weight loss journey.
“We're coming home soon....still another day to go,” wrote the 61-year-old presenter, before going on to explain the set-up of the juice cleanse.
“18 days - 3 days (going to restaurants) = 15 days on juice here at @juicemasterretreats,” she continued.

The retreat, run by ‘Juice Master’ Jason Vale, delivers a “range of daily activities, designed to get you fitter, healthier, lighter and more toned,” including fitness classes and water sports.
“I've dropped over a dress size and bursting with energy,” added Vorderman. “Haven't been into these shorts for a few years and now they're loose. Boommmm [sic].”
“My other half here @jules__sampson has dropped TWO dress sizes and looks incredible and feels so strong,” she continued.
“It's a special place here. So chilled out and happy,” she added, before singing the ‘Juice Master’s praises.
“Jason has created the magic alright.”

Fans and fellow celebrities were quick to get behind the personality in the comments section, saying how amazing Vorderman looks.
“You look amazing,” wrote Louise Redknapp, whilst Dame Kelly Holmes added: “Stunning!”
Elsewhere a fan commented on her toned body, saying, “your gym workouts are paying off carol,” whilst another added: “You look absolutely amazing !! Your an inspiration to us all [sic].”
