The primary log and stone residence has three bedrooms and two baths in 9,133 square feet, plus a walk-out basement.

Five guest cabins range in size from 554 square feet to 3,126 square feet.

Each guest cabin is named after notable Native Americans.

The property has a storied past as a mining basecamp, an Arabian horse-breeding ranch, and a recording studio.

The Mundys moved to Holy Island in late 2022 as part of a campaign to address the shrinking and aging population. Up to 800,000 people visit the island off the coast of Northumberland each year - but it has a population of less than 200 people. The tide permits crossings twice daily, with the road being underwater the rest of the time thanks to a tide which moves forward by around 40 minutes every day. Andrew Mundy, 40 and his wife, Victoria, 36, have owned the Pilgrims Coffee House & Roastery on the island for 18 years.

Thunderstorm warnings have been issued for large parts of England and Wales over the next two days - bringing the threat of frequent lightning and large hail. The first Met Office warning, which is in effect from 12pm until 8pm on Friday, stretches from the West Midlands to the South East and includes the South West. A low-pressure system named Boris has caused the worst flooding in more than two decades in Romania, Poland, the Czech Republic and Austria in the last week, killing at least 24 people before moving west to Italy. The latest evacuations come as King Charles said he was "profoundly shocked and saddened to see the destruction and devastation caused by the catastrophic flooding in central Europe".

The world's top coffee body is set to request that the European Union postpone a requirement that imported beans come from areas not linked with deforestation, the group's head said on Wednesday.
