Camila Mendes and Lil Nas X celebrate 'courage and self-expression' in Coach campaign

Camila Mendes and Lil Nas X celebrate "constant evolution" with a new Coach campaign.

The music star and Riverdale actress, along with Kōki and Wu Jinyan, have been tapped to headline the new marketing imagery for the fashion house's Tabby handbag.

Reimagining the "What's In My Bag" trend, the campaign sees Lil Nas X exploring his future creative aspirations, Camila sharing her story of embracing her multiple selves as a Brazilian-American actress, Kōki shedding light on trying new paths in life, and Wu discussing turning career challenges into opportunities.

"I've always believed that fashion should be about more than only style, it should be about community, and creating safe spaces where people feel free to express themselves," said Coach creative director Stuart Vevers. "In My Tabby brings together our Coach Family and collaborators to celebrate stories of creativity and courage that embody our vision for Coach to inspire people to fully express all of who they are."

The campaign was directed and photographed by Charlotte Wales.

In addition, designers at Coach are about to introduce a new "Made to Order Tabby" service where customers can design their own tote with a choice of leather, colours, and hardware.
