Camila Cabello, being a woman in the public eye, is sadly at times the subject of horrible online body shaming, but it seems the singer isn't going to let trolls get the better of her.

Camila recently shared a video on TikTok called "I luv my body", making clear to fans and other followers alike that she's "grateful" for her body and is determined to own that, despite pressure and judgement from people online.

Posting from the car, Camila first spoke about going for a run wearing a crop top showing her belly.

“I was just running in the park minding my own business trying to be fit, trying to keep it healthy,” the former Fifth Harmony star said. “And I am wearing a top that shows my belly,” she added, while panning the down to show her workout outfit.

“And I wasn’t tucking it in, because I was running and existing like a normal person that doesn’t tuck it in all the time."

Next, Camila suggested she had a crisis of body confidence.

"And I was like 'Damn'... But then I reminded myself being at war with your body is so last season," she said.

“I am grateful for this body that lets me do what I need to do. We are real women with curves and cellulite and stretch marks and fat. And we gotta own that, baby.”

Camila ended her video by singing some of En Vogue’s 'Giving Him Something He Can Feel' as she ran her hand up her stomach and chest.

It's beyond sad that Camila has to respond to body shaming, but we love her for speaking out and being a champion of body positivity and confidence. In a society where people are routinely made to feel pressure to look a certain way, Camila's attitude is so heartening to see, and we're sure her young fanbase are soaking in her message of self-love.
