Cameron Diaz has sorted your next summer drink of choice, as she’s launched her very own clean wine brand.
The actress has partnered with Katherine Power, founder of Who What Wear, to create a company called Avaline. It makes its debut with two summer-ready wines: a dry Spanish white wine and a light French rosé with notes of “melon and zest”.
“I enjoyed wine for many-a-year and never questioned it… But I had no idea of the process,” explained Diaz. “We soon learned it wasn’t what you added, it’s what you didn’t add.”
Avaline wines are made with organic grapes free from additives, resulting in a clean, crisp and refreshing taste.
The pair want to set a “new standard” in the wine industry and aim to be completely transparent with which ingredients go into their product.
Diaz showed her excitement for the brand by posting a chic summery picture of herself and Power enjoying a glass of their rosé together.
“I’ve always believed that the key to illness is balance,” she wrote. “Creating a clean wine that is full of natural goodness and free from dozens of unwanted and undisclosed extras helps me find that balance when I’m enjoying a glass of wine.”
“It’s wine at its purest, created for those who embrace the pleasure of a whole life and a relaxed approach to wellbeing.”
